bhujangasana bhujangasana Meenal Padhiar

Join Meenal for a week of yoga in the Turkish sunshine, at the charming Yuva Eco Centre, located in a beautiful secluded part of south-west Turkey near the town of Faralya, nestled between the Aegean sea and the forest.

This retreat will give you the perfect opportunity to dust away the winter cobwebs and welcome in the start of the summer by taking a week to completely relax, rejuvenate and revitalise your body, mind and spirit. Open to all levels of experience, including beginners and more advanced practitioners, there will be twice daily yoga and meditation classes overlooking the Aegean sea, three daily healthy home-cooked vegetarian meals lovingly prepared using home-grown or locally-produced seasonal ingredients, unlimited teas, coffees and water, and plenty of time to explore or do as little as possible, among the beautiful natural surroundings of the sea and forest.

Yuva Eco Centre was specifically built as a yoga centre from natural materials, guided by principles of environmental sustainability. Accommodation is comfortable, simple and rustic in Anatolian style houses or log cabins. Twin/double and single rooms are available.

The event will take place from Monday 2nd May 2016 to 9th May 2016 and are advised to book early.

Meenal is also deeply interested in the philosophical aspects of Yoga, Advaita Vedanta, Tantra and Ayurveda, and is dedicated to self-study.
